It’s been almost 4 weeks since we’ve flown in the Cedar Rapids area.

It’s been almost 4 weeks since we’ve flown in the Cedar Rapids area. It was great to be in the air but sad to see the destruction from the derecho that hit the area on August 10, so many homes impacted, so many blue tarps, so many downed trees and an extreme thinning of the beautiful canopy of trees that existed in our area. Thanks to my crew and Miss Maggie for making the flight possible.
